A contingent of different rooms is available for the participants of the Summer Academy.

The contingent is available until 15th of June 2012.

Different room categories are available in different hotels:

Hotel Astoria
Single and double rooms including breakfast, private bathroom, free phone calls on German land lines and internet

Hotel am Karlstor
Shared rooms (3-4 p) including breakfast, private bathroom

Gästehaus Kaiserpassage
Double room and shared rooms (3-4 p) without breakfast, shared bathrooms, shared kitchen for daily use, internet access

Prices
Single room with breakfast (Hotel Astoria): 40€ p.P./night
Double room with breakfast (Hotel Astoria): 30€ p.P./night
Double room without breakfast (Gästehaus Kaiserpassage): 25€ p.P./night
Shared room with breakfast (Hotel am Karlstor): 27€ p.P./night
Shared room without breakfast (Gästehaus Kaiserpassage): 20€ p.P./night

If you wish to be placed in one of these accommodating options, please indicate this in your registration. We will then arrange with the hotel accordingly.

In addition the Summer Academy team will arrange for private accommodation in student apartments. However, the offer will be limited on a first-come first-served basis. There is also a limited number of host families available. If you are interested in these options, please indicate your alternative choice in your registration and contact us directly contact[at]summeracademy.org.
