Terms and Conditions
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration will only be confirmed upon
receipt of payment in full. If the maximum capacity of participants is reached, the organizers reserve
the right to refuse any further registrations.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email. The notification must include all
relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own travel reservations. The organizers do not accept
liability for travel costs.
If the written notification of cancellation is received until June 1st, 2020, 100% of the Summer
Academy participation fee is reimbursed.
If the written notification of cancellation is received after June 1st, 2020, but until June 15th, 2019, 50%
of the Summer Academy participation fee is reimbursed.
We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations after June 15th, 2020. Refund requests will be
processed after the Summer Academy only.
All remittance fees for bank transfers have to be covered by the respective registrant / participant. This
applies for both incoming and outgoing payments (in case of cancellation).
The event may be postponed, cancelled, or downsized due to extreme weather, industrial action, acts
of God or any event beyond the control of the organizers or if the Summer Academy does not receive
enough registrations until June 15th, 2020. In the case of postponing, cancelling or downsizing the
Summer Academy the organizers will immediately inform all the registrants by email. In case of
cancelling the Summer Academy the registrants are entitled to a full refund of the paid registrations
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred
by the registrant as a consequence of the event being postponed, cancelled, or downsized.
The Summer Academy organizers reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an
indication only. The appearance of all the lecturers, trainers and speakers as previously announced
cannot be guaranteed.
The organizers will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or
property during the Summer Academy. The participants are recommended to arrange personal travel
and health insurance.
